• Rozy is super amazing! She has supported me for years, through conception, pregnancy, birth and postnatal care. Unfortunately after our first child my husband and I had difficulties conceiving and we had a few miscarriages. Her multidimensional healing sessions were really helpful in clearing all these negatives and open up positivity ready for conception. The conceive with ease program helped me to conceive naturally and overcome all my painful past experiences. I feel my family and I will benefit from it in our everyday lives.

• I gained so much from the Free2bme 12 week programme and although I still face some of the same challenges, as well as some fresh ones, my responses to those situations have changed. I have learnt to create strong and safe boundaries within my life and not give my time to negative situations or people who neither respect me or my boundaries. I have learned (and am still learning) to accept life’s challenges as lessons and insights and to trust that I have the strength and ability to carry me through them with grace and ease. • Wow….where do I start! I have been on such an incredible journey since completing the program. I have experienced some extremely profound changes and I am being continually surprised by the life I am creating. I no longer feel scared of my feelings….that’s not to say that I don’t feel difficult emotions anymore. Instead, I witness them and trust in the universe that they are there to show me something new in order to grow and release an old pattern. It is all still work in progress but I know more than ever that I can trust myself and the decisions I am making. I do have wobbles every now and then when old patterns resurface but the feelings don’t last as long and I know deep down there is nothing to fear. Me and my partner have made the huge decision to take my daughter out of mainstream education which would have been an almost impossible decision for me a few years ago due to a lack of confidence and real anxiety about what others think. I am now much more trusting of what is right for me and my family and accept that others reality is not my own. I feel so empowered by this shift and feel the freedom to truly live from my heart.

  I would wholeheartedly recommend Rozy’s coaching programmes. Rozy has a beautiful gift in her ability to lovingly & compassionately support people through this process of change. I am forever grateful for all that she is!!! Life is great!! ️

• Apart from the tools (yoga exercises and EM detox for me) that were given during this course, I personally found different things that are helpful in times of doubt or fear again. For an example, each webinars we had, have led me to do more research on new terms/things I’ve learned. I saw strengths in my fellow course-mates and discovered different view points of life. I feel really encouraged knowing that there are so many of us have similar passion to make a huge shift in this lifetime. All the different life experiences shared during this journey, are important tools to me too.

  I can’t wait to discover more strengths in myself.
